Each Colony Tire Associate is offered a 401K savings plan.

Holiday Pay

• Colony Tire offers six paid holidays to our associates.
New Year's Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas (two days); Associates are compensated for the holiday based on a normal workday.

Paid Vacation

• Vacations are earned according to the following schedule:
1 year of full-time service = 1 week of vacation
2 years of full-time service = 2 weeks of vacation
10 years of full-time service = 3 weeks of vacation
20 years of full-time service = 4 weeks of vacation
* You may carry up to 2 weeks of vacation forward.

Associate Purchase Plan

• You are entitled to purchase merchandise including tires and parts at store cost plus 10%. Service work is available at regular store price. Alignment and brake service is available at retail price and is backed by the Colony Tire Service and Warranty Policy. Those who prefer to pay cash for service work will receive a 25% discount on all labor.

Life Insurance

• Colony Tire provides $50,000 of Term Life Insurance to all Associates. $5,000 of Spouse Life Insurance and $2,500 of Child Life Insurance is free to all Associates.

Store Management Compensation

• We are proud to offer store management up to 30% of store net profit paid on a monthly basis. The breakdown of this 30% will vary with individual stores depending on the number of assistant managers and/or service managers working at that store.

Medical Benefits

• Colony Tire will pay your entire premium cost during your first year except $25.00 per week. After you have been employed with us for one year, we will pay all premium costs for Associate's health coverage with the exception of $9.96 per week.
